The Tie

Last weekend before church Jackson decided that he needed to wear a tie to church instead of his usual collared shirt or sweater. Why he decided on the necessity of a tie I have no idea, but last weekend Joe met his request and bought him a tie without my supervision. When I asked Jackson about his choice in tie he said that he wanted a tie that would make him look the most like a police officer; I have to agree that the tie does resemble a tie that a police officer might choose. Jackson was so excited of the idea of him in a tie he refused to wear a coat even though it was thirty degrees outside. His reasoning, "His tie would keep him warm." I think that the tie looks like he is all set to distribute brochures door to door, but Jackson could not be prouder, as the picture proves!
