Pumpkin Patch Fun

It has become a family tradition in the Morton house to head to Tate Farms at the beginning of October for a little family fun and to pick some pumpkins.

The farm has lots of activities for the kids to enjoy including several different types of slides, petting farm animals, tractor/corncob ride, hay mazes, cotton picking, tire climbs, and hayrides. Needless to say the boys really enjoy it.

This year they had a new addition that the boys were extremely excited about, a thirty foot slide. I must say that I was pretty scared of the slide myself, but the boys were fearless.

We ended our day with a hayride and picking pumpkins. We cut the day short because the boys seemed exhausted from all the festivities and Joe and I were secretly high five-ing ourselves
for securing a long nap for the boys this afternoon. With that being said, as I write this neither child has napped and they are going strong downstairs exhausting Joe.
