In my parents' subdivision, there is an island that has never been developed. Joe thought that it would be fun for Jackson, Charlie, Michaela, and Tatum to go on a big adventure.
We all journeyed to the "secret island" (according to Joe) to see what the kids would get into. They had a blast discovering little items on the beach along the lake shoreline, a result of the water of Lake Martin being dropped in the winter. With different rocks, animal prints and a stump left by a beaver, you would of thought that we had discovered a treasure trove of fascinating objects that the kids could enjoy. In the end we were a little muddy but very entertained.
