The boys were super excited to start the long voyage to Orlando today. They were happy to have their new companions to make the trip as well: Mickey and Perry (from Phineas and Ferb). We made a pit stop in Alexander City to see my mom and to stretch our legs. The boys enjoyed feeding the ducks and visiting Gran.
By the time we arrived at our lodging for the evening, it was about 10 hours later (yes, we missed a turn). I would like to apologize to the other guests at the Fairfield Inn in Lake City; the boys were a little excited!
I can't believe you guys drove! I can see why though. The boys look so excited! I love following your trip day by day!
