Jackson decided that one of his goals of the weekend was to teach me how to make "Finger Jello". At school this week his teacher had let each of the students assist her in making Jello. Somew

here along the way the class titled the Jello: Finger Jello. With this classroom demonstration under his belt, Jackson saw himself as the Jello expert and decided that we too should make Finger Jello. He started out by describing that Finger Jello is just a small amount of Jello that can be eaten with your fingers, no spoon required. When I asked him how we would make this "Finger Jello" he said that any "old bottle or cup would

work". We decided to use clean cups for our first try but he was so excited to tell me exactly how to make it. (He did not think that the directions on the back of the box were correct). Somehow we were able to make the infamous Primrose finger Jello following at little of box directions and a little Jackson directions. I guess Jello is hard to mess up.
He looks so proud!
