We had an early start to our Saturday. The race started at 7am, but with the humidity at 90%, I was not complaining. I was excited to beat my last 5K time by 4 minutes. And miracles never cease to amaze me....somehow I won my age group!
The boys always get so excited about race day and Jackson always wants to run too. About a mile into the race I always wonder why I signed up for this, but when I see Jackson so excited at the finish line it makes it all worth it!
You should be so proud of yourself! Let me know if you are signed up for the Cotton Row run b/c I just signed up over the weekend. It's my first one and I'm scared!
